I bought 2 and have them side by side in my utility room. They are quite strong and hold wet clothing well. The rods do rattle a little bit when they open and close but I’m not bothered by that.
The whole thing closes well into the wall and is very slick, you wouldn’t know it was there.

It tucks nicely in a perfect spot in our utility room, between the wall and the washer & dryer. It is so handy for hanging a few hand washed items or somewhere for wet clothes after being caught in the rain. We even have enough room to access the utility cupboard while the rack is in use.

Had some trouble mounting it - user error, I made the pilot holes too small and then stripped out some screws trying to get them in. Then had to pull the whole thing apart to rectify my error and the rack got a bit scratched up in places when trying to remove the dud screws. Suggestion - the instructions could provide details on the size of pilot holes required for the provided screws.
Also, it's quite tricky to screw into the wall with the rails on.

How do I install the wall-mounted drying rack?
Everything you need is in the box: a paper template, the drill bit, screws, wall plugs and clear instructions. Mark the template, drill four holes, screw it on — most people have it up in under 15 minutes. It fixes to solid walls and plasterboard, and we tell you which fixings to use for your wall type.
What is the weight capacity of the drying rack?
Up to 25kg on the 100cm size — a full, heavy wash including wet towels and bedding, not just a few shirts (60cm holds 15kg, 80cm holds 20kg). The arms are reinforced so they won't bow under a full load.
Can the drying rack be folded away when not in use?
Yes — that's the whole idea. Pull it down to dry your washing, then push it flat against the wall when you're done. No freestanding airer in the middle of the room, and nothing to shove behind the sofa or under the stairs.
How much does the rack stick out when folded away?
Just 3cm — about the depth of a picture frame. Open, it reaches out 30–50cm depending on the size you choose. Between washes you'll barely notice it's there.
Is it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use?
Both — just pick the right version. Indoor is powder-coated steel for laundries, bathrooms and hallways. Outdoor is aluminium, so it shrugs off rain on a balcony, carport or veranda without rusting.
How many clothes can it accommodate at once?
A typical full load. The 100cm size has 6 drying rails — plenty for a family wash. If you run several loads a day, many customers fit two racks side by side or stacked.
Is the drying rack suitable for all types of clothing?
Yes — shirts, jeans, towels, bedding and delicates. Heavier items like jeans and jumpers lie flat across the rails, so they keep their shape while they dry.
I'm renting — will it damage my walls?
It fixes with four small screws, the same as hanging a shelf or mirror, and leaves only filler-sized holes if you ever take it down. If you rent, it's worth a quick check with your tenancy or landlord — most are happy with small, repairable fixings.
Will my washing still smell damp?
Drying indoors always comes down to airflow. Because the rack lifts your washing up and spreads it out — instead of bunching it on a clothes horse or over a radiator — air moves around every item, so it dries more evenly. For best results, dry in a ventilated room and crack a window or run an extractor.
How fast is delivery, and what if it's not for me?
